By signing up to our Bronze Plan, you take the stress out of keeping your boiler warranty valid. Our plans enable you to spread the cost of your service over the year, and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about it. Signing up to our plans is a minimum 12 month commitment.
Bronze Plan does not cover the repair or replacement of:

• Your boiler (repairs to your boiler are covered under your manufacturer boiler warranty)
• Your controls, flue or flue terminal
• Your gas supply pipe
• Your central heating system or radiators
• Your network or smart-enabled devices
• Any parts that directly supply a swimming pool
• Air or ground source heat pumps
• Systems or controls for underfloor or outdoor heating
• Showers or taps

  Our Silver plan includes one service every 12 months carried out by one of our friendly Gas Safe Engineers.
Silver plan also provides industry leading boiler breakdown. If you have an issue, you’ll get unlimited free call-outs where a visit to your home is required. 
By signing up to our Silver plan, you take the stress out of keeping your boiler warranty valid and you can also relax knowing that your boiler is operating safely and efficiently. Our plans enable you to spread the cost of your service over the year, and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about it. Signing up to our plans is a minimum 12 month commitment.
With Silver plan, you’re entitled to repair or replacement of your:

• Boiler (providing it is less 7 years old and meets our other conditions)
• Basic boiler controls, including the programmer, central heating pump, motorised zone valves and non-smart thermostats
• Flue, including the terminal
• Gas supply pipe

Silver plan does not cover the repair or replacement of:

• Any parts damaged by sludge or limescale
• Your network or smart-enabled devices
• Any parts that directly supply a swimming pool
• Air or ground source heat pumps
• Systems or controls for underfloor or outdoor heating
• Showers or taps
• Radiators deemed beyond economic repair

Our plans enable you to spread the cost of your service over the year, and we’ll contact you to arrange your service one month before it is due - so you don’t have to worry about it. Signing up to our plans is a minimum 12 month commitment.
With Gold Plan, you’re entitled to repair or replacement of your:

• Flue, including the terminal
• Boiler controls, including the programmer, central heating pump, motorised zone valves and thermostats
• Gas supply pipe
• Radiators (repairs), radiator valves, expansion tank, bypass valves and auto air vent valves
• Pipework which forms your heating system

Gold Plan does not cover the repair or replacement of:

• Your boiler (repairs to your boiler are covered under your manufacturer boiler warranty)
• Any parts damaged by sludge or limescale
• Your network or smart-enabled devices
• Any parts that directly supply a swimming pool
